Peter H. Monaghan brings over 24 years of commercial real estate experience to Strategic Realty. He spent 15 years with Cushman & Wakefield, starting in 1981, and focused primarily on the sales and financing of investment-grade real estate.
Mr. Monaghan served as Vice President at TriNet Corporate Realty Trust and Thomas Properties Group from 1997 through 2001, where he acquired and directed real estate investments in excess of $350 million.
Mr. Monaghan helped Mr. Corcoran found Strategic Realty Investments in 2001, and as Chief Investment Officer is responsible for all aspects of residential development and is responsible for all aspects of acquisitions and finance for the Company. Mr. Monaghan has also been overseeing all land development approvals for the Company’s residential developments which presently total approximately 1,000 units.
Mr. Monaghan graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager ("CCIM") and a Pennsylvania State Licensed Real Estate Broker.
